Please join me and Barb Sheridan for our 6-week Women's Wellness Series beginning Thursday, January 24 at Yogaview in Wilmette. Incorporating a holistic approach to dietary and lifestyle practices, we will give you ideas for reducing stress, improving gut/brain health, boosting your immunity, and developing an overall sense of well-being. Sessions will include meditation and breathing techniques, class instruction, healthy recipes, and restorative yoga. You may sign up for the entire series or for individual classes. Classes run from January 24—February 28, 2019. The cost for the entire series is $180 or $150 when you register with a friend. $35 for drop-in. Location: Yogaview, 1231 Green Bay Road, Wilmette, IL. All levels welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Barb has been teaching yoga since 2009 (RYT 200 Hours) and specializes in Gentle, Level 1, Yin and Restorative practices. In 2017 she received her holistic health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She continues to expand her education by studying daily and regularly attending yoga, meditation and wellness workshops. Barb believes in a friendly, welcoming environment and a teaching style that emphasizes proper alignment, while promoting a deeper connection to the body, mind and spirit.
